Housing options include mostly single-family homes, some small apartment buildings, and a few complexes and high rise apartments. Most structures were built between 1960 and 1984. There are some well established older homes built between 1940 and 1959, some historic homes built prior to 1939, and a few newer homes constructed after 1985. In recent years, people have begun to rediscover the excitement of downtown living. Several luxury condo projects have recently been completed. These condos provide the pleasure of a high-rise view; some even of the Grand River.
